We recommend getting started as soon as your date and venue are determined, with a minimum of six months’ lead time (especially for events that are to be hosted during peak event seasons) to ensure that you are able to secure your top choices as far as catering, entertainment, florists, and furniture rentals go.

  • Yes, we absolutely do! As a full-service caterer in Vancouver, we are pleased to provide bar service to complement your culinary experience. We are fully licensed to serve alcohol, and all of our staff members hold a valid Serving It Right certification. We often host bars with beer, wine and highballs, and our team can work with you to create custom cocktails and spirit-free options.

  • Yes, we do! Our full-service catering company in Vancouver is a one-stop shop for all of your event and catering needs. Our team of professional hospitality staff will ensure your event goes off without a hitch, with banquet servers, bussers, and bartenders available upon request. We’ll always arrive promptly, and well-presented.

  • We require a final guest count a minimum of five business days prior to your event. After this date, we are still able to accommodate minor increase in guest numbers (on a case-by-case basis).

  • No! Peake Catering can build a pop-up kitchen at your event, pronto! This will require additional rentals that are specific to your menu.

    Our Vancouver catering company is deliciously nimble, making your every wish our command.  We offer everything from formally-plated meals and elegant buffets, to laidback BBQs and family-style spreads. A chef-attended shucking station? Coming right up! A casual backyard picnic? You got it! Our creative catering menus are as flexible as they are delectable.

  • Absolutely! In fact, this is our favourite part of the planning process, as it allows us to flex our creative muscles and show you what our culinary team is truly capable of. Our tastings cost between $100 and $150 per guest, with a minimum of two guests required. We work with our chef to provide a resplendent and relevant presentation that reflects your personality and preferences. The cost of your tasting for two is credited back towards your event when a food and beverage spend of $5,000 is reached, should you choose to move forward with us.

  • No. Each of our Vancouver catering packages are individually tailored to match the requirements of the event itself. The first step is to schedule a call with one of our event planners, where you can go over the timeline, guest count, service style preferences, menu options, venue selection, and more, in order to give us all of the information we need to proceed with a quote.
