Our Event Planners can take care of as many or as few details as desired. We're happy to organize and manage subcontractors from wedding planners to florists, photographers, transportation and entertainment providers.
Making Sense With Your Dollars
Taking a well-researched approach to your wedding costs will help with decisions along the way. Knowing your location/venue, guest count and budget are essential for putting together an accurate catering quote. We recommend booking an appointment with an Event Coordinator early in the planning stages, to best identify priorities. We like to think of it as strategic planning - once you’ve set a budget and identified areas of expense, you’ve set the stage to map out costs based on priority or service.
After the consultation process our Event Planners collaborate with the culinary team in designing a custom menu for your special day. We welcome couples and family to sample the custom menus with a tasting. Tastings start at $100 per guest. This includes: multi-course meal, beverages, service and further consultation with your Event Planner and Chef(s). As menu tastings generally fall outside of the season of your wedding, we provide the very best match possible in product with the understanding that slight modifications may be made to ensure the very best is chosen from the season of your wedding.
